According to what is on their website, they are creating a Chrome extension and a Browser to be able to browse with these domains. It's also possible to receive funds using domains as addresses, in wallets that partner with them. That's what is on the website.
Regarding their domains, I don't think they have any relationship with sites like ens or others. So it's a crypto project like thousands of others but it seems to be legit, but you never know
