question Are high search volume .xyz domains valuable?

For random words in .xyz that get search volume around 5-10k for month, what would be an estimate value of a domain like that, for reseller price?

Something like this one: Isomers.xyz 9,900 Avg monthly searches

This is not an appraisal thread, more of a discussion of the value of .xyz domains at different levels of search volume.

Those 10k searches are probably coming from every biology/chemistry student in the world at any given moment and that has nothing to do with the value of a domain containing that word. Think in terms of practical use of the domain.

What could be developed under that name in your opinion? Do you even know what an isomer is?

Actually, the singular version “Isomer“ might probably work as a chemistry brand, but the plural version is practically useless even though it gets relatively high search volume on google.

I would imagine that a high search volume would *technically improve a domain's value, but unless it's short or single word, then I don't think it plays too much into it. For instance, TireChange.xyz is a pretty bad domain despite having a high search volume.

sadly.. they are worth nothing.

xyz was off map for years.. u could reg top 1word for 1usd off expired..
now there is.boom and hype suddenly. but u need decent 1word. everything else 2word..meta..nft..etc..iys all 1 in milon lucky sales..
