anybody having that issue?

am using protonvpn which is supposed to be good and open for the Russians to get the latest news

I can get all the websites.google, facebook, yahoo, etc etc except NP

NamePros Terms of Services forbids public VPN usage in most situations.

We have an exception for people who would be unable to access NamePros reliably due to government censorship or restrictions. This exception doesn’t apply to your account, however.

In this case, your IP address while using your VPN matches a range that we’ve explicitly blocked due to aggressive attacks. Even if we permitted VPN usage, that IP address would remain blocked.

The new VPN you’re using is on AS9009, which gets blocked from time to time. At the moment, certain actions—particularly registration—are blocked when on AS9009. You may need to disable that VPN as well to access NamePros at times.
