Please suggest me good domain name registration sites and domain selling sites.

Many options out there such as Domain.com, Namecheap.com, Epic.com for domain registrations and Sedo.com, Dan.com, Afternic for domain selling.

The ones you just mentioned are pretty solid, as far as I'm concerned. With regards to "selling fast at top dollar", you should understand domaining is a game of patience. IMO
