Nothing will happen.
Don't talk about Google getting smarter because it's still kinda same.
There's someone out there who copy pasted my entire blog post and currently ranking just below my post on the first page of Google.

I've mail and complained to Google for the removal, but nothing has been done by them even after a month.

Google keeps of bringing algorithm updates but still can't punish the site using my copyrighted content.
