I believe it's a game of probability. Generally the more domains you have, the more frequent the sales. But other factors also play in. Lower the price, higher the chances of selling. Better the quality of domains (.coms, trending, short names, dictionary words, etc.), higher the probability. I would guess that those selling weekly (or even monthly) have thousands of quality domains at prices under $1K.

maybe you should ask those who post their sales, what their price ranges are.

because what they list for, and what they sell for, may be different amounts.

imo...

There has to be at least one more option of like 1K-5K and around 50% of my portfolio is priced in that range.

Total number of domains are 7,300+ and growing...

90% of my .com are $1688 to $2888, the rest are higher
90% of my .xyz are $488, the rest are higher
Portfolio of about 1,400 names

I no longer do any other extensions, but I might have a dozen oddballs hanging around waiting to expire.

My average BIN is just over 2k
Portfolio size of about 450
