Google custom search displays the same search ads from parked domains. Has anyone tried this ?

Yes and no.

You can't just throw up a lander with minimal content and Google AdSense ads and search. This is against policy.

A website must add some value to add either.

One sales lander that I can think of uses said technique, but they have massive traffic over hundreds of thousands of domains.

One domain may result in a lost account.

Once lost, don't expect it back. It's not worth it.
