I have to agree with Arpit131, Although a term like 'FoodArt' would sell well, it's taking things to a new unheard of concept really with 'ChefArtist', we chefs (Yep I'm college and London hotel trained) want to be known for our skills in taste, textures and combinations, Presentation is exactly what it is, the final 'piece d'la resistance'. but not what people are coming to you to experience -
