.uk 2 number .me.uk domains

Hi everyone, :hi:

Does anyone have any views on 2 number .me.uk domains.

I have just bought them all out, i.e the ones that were not already registered.

Is the fact that they have all gone likely to make them slightly valuable, or has this been another disaster buy . !!!!!

Just as a footnote, I notice that when you ask sedos's price suggestion method, they all come up between 500-999, or 1000-2000 dollars. Is this a realistic price, because in the past sedo's suggestions have seriously devalued all of my domains. If that makes sense.

To be blunt, you've probably wasted your time and money here.

I rarely see .me.uk in its natural market (the UK), and I can't see any reason why a foreign investor would pick this over, say .me. 2 character .org.uk domains sold out at one point, and it didn't create any demand, because there wasn't really any to begin with.

Not knowing the names, but assuming you don't have any 'premium' ones (e.g. 88.me.uk), I'd suggest pricing a lot lower- under $50. And then I very much doubt you'll get any interest, sorry.

I'm sorry to say, but you wasted your money.

.me.uk is not a good extension. There is no market for .me.uk domains. Also keep in mind that it's meant for individuals as per Nominet rules, companies are not eligible but not likely to be interested in the first place...

I hope you are not taking automated appraisals seriously.

I wonder what was your rationale for registering them, what made you think somebody would want to buy any from you when they were still available to register.

Yes you are right it was a mistake.

My rationale was only on the premise of a short domain name.

I didn't know about the rules when i registered them, which just goes to show you should always check everything out.

When I had a look at some of them registered, I noticed one was a porn site, and hence this made me think there were no rules applied with them.

A very bad mistake on my part, i am afraid to admit.

Oh well, like I said you live,,,,, and learn (not)
