budget: above $5000 Adsense revenue Wordpress site wanted

I am looking to acquire a Travel, gamble,NBA, Credit Card and economy niche blog based on wordpress.
Please read following conditions which shall strictly apply.

1) At least 6 months old
2) History of traffic (not like zero traffic for 5 months and a sudden traffic spike from the last 10 days)
3) Adsense revenue mandatory ( at least $100/month), I am not interested in dropshipping websites please

My budget is around upto $10,000, maybe a little higher based on the quality of the website.

I have a few travel website with a very low traffic, sometimes even no daily visit, but it just because I lost interest.

I am too busy with mexicanroutes.com that have no time for listed above 3 websites.
They dont have unique content, but could be easy rewritten.
Structure and wp are Ok and I added enough CSS to make it better, so if you spend a few days rewriting the the content, you will get traffic or could resale it later.
I am not native english speaking, so for me it is enough complicated rewrite.
