domain Belieberz.com? Possible Fan website?

Just looking at this domain and it caught my eye, its a word i hear alot but i dont know if its the sort of word which is typable, just wanted some opinions on what you think its worth. Any replies are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

P.S Congland.com has valued it at $467, but obviously i dont know how accurate this is.

Belieber.com is already a fan site so developing with a spin off name wouldn't help. So I think developing wouldn't bring much value.

As for the name belieberz.com i think the value is $0 as well, the z in it is hideous IMO.
