Best registrar who allow deleting domain names for credit

Dynadot allow you to delete .com or .net names that you have registered and refund all but about 30% of the reg fee paid. Are there other registrars that allow this?

Dynadot costs (assume bulk pricing)
Reigister .com $7.25
Delete .com refund $5.25

Are there other good registrars that offer a better deal than this?

Really? What is the procedure for getting a refund from godaddy? Can I request refunds for a large proportion of domains I register (10% to 30%, say)?

For dynadot, it is also about 5 days--the number of hours remaining is displayed in your account area and you must request a refund while there is still at least 24 hours left.
