What is going on with this? Expected release date? Prices? What do you know?

There aren't any preregistrations for .eu and you have to be a resident or business in Europe to get one anyways, so you've most likely been scammed. Sorry!

I have received a similiar offer a few days ago via email. They requested to have my CC info collected before they would hold on to some domains for me.
