I have some problem with flash template

i have problem with flash template ,
i have downloaded a free flash template but i don't know how to chenge the linkes names i want to know is it possible and how can i chenge ,and is it possible to put any picture fo example my picture in this kind of template because it doesn't come with image file the template is herehttp://www.webtemplateszone.com/templates/656/index.htm
