REQ-LOGO Need Help for a Logo Design (50€ offer)

Hi,

We have a company in the tourism branch (walking and e-bike tours, excursions, etc.) and we are looking for someone who could finalize our logo. We have a base logo (see attached file) and we would like to modify as follows :
- the 3 mountains with more rounded peaks (maybe the snow only on top of the middle mountain)
- the guide must wear French beret with the finger pointing the mountains, we would like a more schematized silhouette (no need to see face details).
- The sea should made simple (3 or 5 waves).
- We plan to print the logo on t-shirts, so we would like the size to be 4 or 5 square cm
- the sun should be rising big behind the mountains
- Colours are blue #6A8BC7 (for all the background and the font "Nice Creative Tours"), orange #F28E2A (for the sun and outter circle) and white (for mountains, banner, waves)
- We have the font Khmer MN but feel free to change it (CAPITAL LETTERS in preference)
- Outter circle could have an oval or round shape
