New Domain - Red-Silhouette.org - Needs ideas!

Well it's not neccessarily a new domain but I just finished the layout recently and I'm almost ready to "officially" open it. It's a personal domain for myself where I have my journal and content for visitors along with hosting a couple of other people's personal sites. However I'm stuck on what content I should offer visitors under these 3 categories: mind, body, and soul.

Mind - Stimulate the mind, preferbably for knowledge related content such as tutorials.
Body - Stay strong, intended for physical imrpovements to the body and also advice about the human body.
Soul - Feed the soul with inspirational poems, jokes to rise the spirits, etc. etc.

Do you have any ideas for content that would fit in these categories? Please share =)

Other comments, suggestions, criticism, and questions are welcome also.

Mind: Fun, irrelevent facts about the life/world.

Body: Could be about exercise. Could be about learning to love one's body.

Soul: Recipes of food for the soul.

Sorry for the late post, I've forgotten about this thread.
Also, how is my site "spooky"? Is it really that scary to look at? I tried to make the layout tie in with the theme of my domain, red-silhouette. I didn't mean to give off the impression of a scary site. :/
