gakt global monthly exact search [commercial real estate] = 33,100, approximate cpc (search) = $0.88

These comps have keyword search volume much greater than 5400. $4100 appears to be the highest public sales record for a keywordrealestate.org. Also note the negative price trend of commercialrealestate dotorg. I can think of better places to put $XXXX to work.

"Real Estate" is as generic as it gets.

Every major cities has hundreds or thousands of real estate agents.

Oh, I didn't even realize that was a section.

I am not a big fan of asking for appraisals on domains you don't own. That opens up all kinds of potential issues.
