Reformatting PHP/HTML/CSS

Is there any software (prefer web-based) which can take a PHP/HTML/CSS file and reformat it into a logical format with proper indentations etc? I don't mind if it's 3 separate programs or one. I'd just like it to output nice looking code.

Is there any program (prefer web-based) which can check the integrity of an entire website, highlighting any unused links or code.

The online version has server errors. But that is the kind of software I'm looking for. Anybody got any others?

You can use an IDE to do this.

My favorite one from the many many years i have been developing is Komodo.

Once you learn how to use Komodo it will change your life.
