Looking to sell in the $x,xxx

Simply put, real estate investing in Brazil is en fuego right now. Foreigners are buying like crazy. "The Sao Paulo property market is beginning to boom," says PropertyFrontiers.co.uk, while HomesGoFast.com/Brazil/ adds, "Brazil's economy is going from strength to strength. Some of our early buyers are not only profiting from rising property prices but also the strengthening currency."

And it's not just the foreigners who are buying. "Families buy properties as an investment. Approximately 71% of Sao Paulo's inhabitants live in their own properties, reason why prices have been rising for the latest years" (http://www.investimentos.sp.gov.br/idiomas/english/vivendo/imoveis.htm). LifeStylesBrazil.com goes as far as to say "real estate appears to be the third most favorite national past-time after soccer and carnival."

Just do a Google search on the Brazilian real estate market and you can see why I'm not letting this domain go cheap.

- "Sao Paulo overwhelms the senses with its sheer size. With over 10 million inhabitants, it is the world's third largest city and the largest in South America" (http://www.geographia.com/brazil/saopaulo/index.htm).

- "Sao Paulo is the financial and industrial centre of Brazil. The city is considered to headquarter more German companies than any other single city outside Germany. Likewise, it is also considered to headquarter more American companies among any other city outside the United States. Sao Paulo's GDP is around $500,000 million, which makes it one of the richest cities in the world."
