Do you think this would be fine to park, as long as I do not associate it with any organizations in that area?

Hmm that all depends. I would say yes, but then again theres problems.

Sedo would not let me park officialnokia.com even though its OFFICIALLY mine. Id reg it and then check it out. If you dont want the hassle i would stay clear of it.

I think that would be fine, i dont see any way that it could have anything wrong with it. there are plenty of web sites that are about states and they have all been fine. something like maine.com is fine and it isnt run/owned by the state.
