No it does not. They also spend decent money on non premiums that have translations or decent patterns. Generally, however non premium Chinese premiums go for less than premiums. There will always be exceptions and many believe when it comes to numbers 0 and 4 are negative variables we westerners made up.

I suggest you study and read all the threads/posts concerning the Chinese market before taking on the opinion of someone else. The market is changing constantly.
