You may have read recently about Flippa's acquisition of Domain Holdings - with the two companies hoping to produce a combined sales total of around $70 million this year.
It looks as though Domain Holdings have already made their presence known on Flippa's marketplace with the listing of two domain names: HongKong.com and Taiwan.com. Both of these domains have been listed by Domain Holding's Director of Business Development Mark Daniel and have a starting price of $750,000 each. Both names are also listed as "Domain Holdings Exclusive".
Although I think it's unlikely that a $750,000 bid would be submitted directly at Flippa, these listings (along with any publicity) will give the domains some nice extra exposure. GoDaddy recently sold the domain Beijing.com for a reported seven-figure value (although the actual sales price was never disclosed).
