Although I had a few sales in the last 2 months.. had probably around 6-10k worth of deals that were almost finalized that the buyers vanished as well.. (tax season may have something to do with it). 1- Got it at GD expired auction for $xx,
2- Reserve & opening bid $101
3- With promotion package, the listing was scheduled for 30 days, got BIN at the 20th.
