I have an unanswered ticket since 12/29/2021
I really can't stress hard enough that this is nothing new with them. I brought this up to someone at Sav about six months ago. I believe it was Nick. And Jack shit has happened since then.Yes I know it is... I m just informing Nick R who wrote: "We are not aware of any tickets a week old."
I have a ticket more than 24 hours and I received no reply. I even sent you a DM and yoy did not answer at all.@Ahmedmed1, @End User King - Our support team can help you with this.
@NameFu, @Traderas - How are you submitting your support tickets? As of Friday, all tickets had been answered or were in progress that were more than only a few hours old. Can you DM me your email address and ticket subject so I can look it up and see what is going on?
@kor - We have responded to this in one of the other threads.

Please help to check this:@kor - Assuming you are referring to RDAP, can you ME me what URL you are querying? We updated the URLs a bit ago and its possible we have an outdated URL floating around.
@Abdullah Abdullah - Our support team only accept tickets via our help center. This has allowed us to cut our average response time in more than half! When you email [email protected] there is an auto responder that says that but it can be easy to miss. To submit a ticket just login to your Sav account then click the Help link at the top.
