I have quite a few domains with SAV and my experience with their customer care has always been good, I usually get a response within 24 hours and sometimes within hours. Although an active customer support chat/availability would definitely be great.

I have an unanswered ticket since 12/29/2021

This is normal with them. And when they will reply with a question. When you answer they'll take another week to get back to you. It's fucking abysmal. I've been with Sav over a year. This is how they handle CS tickets. I want to file a complaint somehow but don't know where. Maybe ICANN? Better Business Bureau?

I really can't stress hard enough that this is nothing new with them. I brought this up to someone at Sav about six months ago. I believe it was Nick. And Jack shit has happened since then.

They lure you in with discounts and that's about all they really have to offer. I'm going to begin my transfer out progressiveky soon. I'm done.

I requested a new authorization code 2 days ago. Has anyone received a new authorization code in less than 10 days?

@Nick R I will get banned from participating in auctions again because of your faulty system. I won the auction for homo.xyz with winning bid of $37 on 7 January. You sent emails that I won, and also a receipt that I paid. Problem is you didn’t actually collect the money from my PayPal account. I can see the amount as pre-approved on there, but it hasn’t been collected yet. I am worried that you will just revert the amount, you will restart the auction, and block my account again. Something is definitely not working properly your side. The most weird thing is that you have transferred the name to my account. Similar thing happened to me before and that’s why I got banned back then. I submitted ticket to support, but no reply yet. I am really exhausted of having to deal with Sav on a daily basis. (See screenshots)

It's now been 12 days since I submitted a ticket. Abysmal....

About a week ago I won a very valuable domain name at the sav.com's auction and was ready to pay $8k.
Although I have sufficient balance on my card, transactions were delayed due to automatic fraud detection and also it was the weekend.

SAV requested ID and card information for fraud bypass, no problem, so I sent it. (by the way, they store private attachments on wix.com servers, I don't know how safe that is...)
While I was happy that the process will be approved immediately and I will have the domain name, I saw that the auction has started again for the item I already won!
Now other users have already re-bid, and there are only a few days left until the restarted auction ends.
Even though I asked why you don't cancel the restarted auction, why don't you complete the payment process and transfer the domain name I won... Still no response!

If there is no point in participating in the auction and winning, why bother your customers?!
What's the point of participating in auctions and making you a huge amount of money if you're just going to make up your own mind and ignore the winner?

This isn't the first auction issue, either!

These constant unpleasantness means that you do not understand the technical details and you are simply mocking the customers! The glitches in your system are not your customers' problems!
Stop putting the responsibility on the customers and acting like nothing happened in every case!
You definitely can't handle rapid growth. Think twice, act once!

So, please confirm the documents I sent you and finish the domain name transactions that I have earned immediately before someone else win that "again"!

For those who get "this domain is taken" when hand registering domains even though the domain is available, I found out this is a cache error possible caused by the browser, to solve just do CTRL + F5 and it should show available to add to cart.

Are expired domains transferable out of SAV?

I've tried to unlock a 2 days expired domain, it says unlocked but the gaining registrar says it's locked, so it has not taken effect the update

It's have been around 2 or 3 hours since then at the moment of writing

@NameFu, @Traderas - How are you submitting your support tickets? As of Friday, all tickets had been answered or were in progress that were more than only a few hours old. Can you DM me your email address and ticket subject so I can look it up and see what is going on?

SAV's RDDP service is not working as it should.

Therefore, this is not possible for potential customers who want to contact domain owners by making a whois query.

I have a ticket more than 24 hours and I received no reply. I even sent you a DM and yoy did not answer at all.

@Abdullah Abdullah - Our support team only accept tickets via our help center. This has allowed us to cut our average response time in more than half! When you email [email protected] there is an auto responder that says that but it can be easy to miss. To submit a ticket just login to your Sav account then click the Help link at the top.

Earlier this week we made updates to our system that cancels and refunds Marketplace purchases when the seller is unable to provide the auth code. A glitch in that launch caused a number of users to get email saying they had a domain that was unable to be provided by the seller and will be refunded. The refund was issued as well. We have corrected this and are re-charging any payment methods that were refunded by mistake. If you see a charge from us right around this time, that is what this is for. The refunds that offset that charge will hit your bank accounts anytime now. Our sincere apologies.

I did not send an email. I submittrd tickets while logged in btw.

@Nick R I am unable to login to SAV.com website. 2FA is not sending the code. I tried login from different browsers too. Could you confirm if there is a global outage?
