Second - always understand why the name is good, or at least who your potential client is. If you can't say it right away (and without checking with Chat Gpt) - don't buy.

Third - don't pay attention to all these comparable sales. You can't base a price to sell even for a very similar name, let alone the name that has nothing to do with each other like in your case (the only thing they have in common is the fact, that equally for both you don't understand why someone should buy them, - and neither do I to be honest).

Fourth - stick with .com , very few names outside of it sell, and to know which ones exactly you'll need to sell at least 10-15 coms first.
