IMO only usable as a brandable because as a name for a Tile business my original appraisal would still stand. There are many better available names that can serve a tile business better.

You’re going for MoreTitle.com but spelt MorTile.com which for the reasons I listed above is not a good name for a Tile Business IMO .

But seeing its been developed in the past and other businesses using a similar name I can see it as a brandable not related to the tile business. Either way I thinks it’s a tough name to passively sell you may have to sit on it a long time or get lucky with an outbound sale. If it were in my portfolio I would drop it before the renewal if it hadn’t sold.
