This sure sounds like a good area to cover. My current knowledge however, is limited to setting up a room full of Dr. Pepper, Duct tape and a roll of plastic sheeting. Might have to research this thoroughly.

I am thinking about making this site a member(citizen) driven forum, with the content being created over the time through member participation.

Just thinking aloud...

i don't think it would be that good if the content on your site is powered by ordinary citizens.


You have to remember that people would like experts to advice what to do in a situation like bio attack rather than their next door neighbor.
