Unfortunately I do not recommend using Limenex for web hosting.

We tried them out last week and its been a disaster. My one site I moved over the dns did not work, it took 3 support tickets for them to tell me the ip correct ip address. then 2 days later my site disappeeared and my cpanel login did not work.

They restored a few backups so I got my data back, but the mysql database is no where to be found.

I do not recommend using these people for unix hosting one bit!!

I'm afraid that you are missing an important point here. You requested us to migrate your site for you. We had to terminate your existing account in order for the migration to proceed and you agreed to it. We attempted the restoration process but due to the 16GB file size it was causing a huge load on the server and resulted in slowness for other sites on the server. Hence, we advised you to use alternative methods for the transfer and you did not respond to the ticket any further.

Due to the above, your account was wiped clean and recreated from scratch. We have restored your account from an earlier backup and it appears that it failed to restore the database. Instead of working with us to resolve this issue you resorted to posting this prematurely.

I have to admit that we did not notice that you used the wrong IP address initially as we assumed you used the correct IP and suggested that the DNS propagation is causing the issues which is actually very common and usually the case. However, this was quickly rectified within hours.

I advise you to work with us to resolve the issues you've encountered instead of posting here which does not help at all. Thank you.
