Accurate Domains

I'm seeing its ad a lot lately, it offers domain appraisals(how much would a domain sale for etc.)

Anyone heard of it before? Is it legit?

I'm kind of suspicious because there are a lot of "appraisal sites" lately pretending to be potential buyer of a domain and then just grab some dollars of appraisal fee and run-off.

always be cautious, don't immediately jump at any opportunity that "looks" good. That's my advice anyway, so good job, you posted here about it for opinions first. I haven't heard of them either...
