Alternative to AdSense

Well, alot of people are upset with the new adsense. Does everybody else feel the same?

I have a half built alternative system to adsense. Im just wondering things you want changed on this version if I go through with this.

Some examples of this system are
a) Ability to completely change the look
b)Set price per click for both advertisers and sites (no bidding for a higher position).

Also, what does Google pay you on average per click?

What do you thinka fair set price per click is?

Any suggestions welcome.
