I'm not an expert in numerical domains also I do not own one though I thought to maybe add one to my portfolio at some point.
My knowledge about number domains is that they are apparently quite popular in Asia (China), some numbers are "good" others are "bad", there are combinations and patterns, etc. My knowledge about them mainly roots to this article: http://ggrg.com/numeric-domains-2-0-the-definitive-guide/
Trying out a few hundred random 5- and 6- digit number combinations at a registration service brought the result that all of those are already registered.
So I'm wondering if there might be a bubble when it comes to numeric domains.
For me it seems as if numeric domains are bit overrated?
Are there so many possible combinations that make sense and have a worth?
Or is the worth of numeric domains based on (an increasing number of) wealthy Chinese that seek to invest their wealth in foreign currency bypassing tax as mentioned in the article at point 1?
Or is there maybe something else?
This topic hasn't opened to me quite yet, so I would be curious to hear some opinions.
