I researched a lot of exact match high volume keyword domain name, like bedroomplants.com, is this a good strategy? What could be the selling price?

The following is the last 3 years sales record of .com domain names that start with "bedroom":

As you can see, it's not a lot of sales.

On the other hand, .com names that end with "plants", produced some good sales in the past 3 years.
For example:

[source: namebio.com]

So, I'd say low or mid $XXX for bedroomplants.com if someone is interested in it.
But I'd personally not register it.
Having said that, something like IndoorPlants.com would've been extremely valuable.

My advice is, develop a blog on it with related good quality content, and use free hosting like GitHub pages.
If you get enough quality traffic and back links, Ad. agencies and SEO people may be interested in it.
