ive seen these posts before. personally I treat those posts like pure humor. the thought never even crossed my mind that the person who posts them can be serious about it. can there be too much humor yes for sure.. You are taking things too far with your hate ("madness") thread / poll.
There is a limit how far people should push things and with your permanent attacks / this thread / poll you may not know it but you are indeed coming at me with hate.

But anywayyy I don't care if I see this over and over and over again - because I knowww it will end, you will decide to stop (because you will realize that I will always Reply and so you will reach a Point where you will realize that it doesn't make sense to attack me / my domain).

The realityyy is, as I said, I have to defend me / my domain.
If you attack (negative view) it, I defend it (positive view).
If several others attacking it, I am defending it each time - to every single attack.
That's why it can look like "spam" to you - but in fact it has nothing to do with spam as it's always an individual reply (defendation) by me to an individual statement (attack) by someone.
You should not use the word "spam" if you don't know what it is.

I suggest you to simply stop writing about me / my domain in a negative way and you won't get a reply.

The point is that he doesn't knowww that he is / was leaded by hate when creating this thread.
Instead of ignoring me / my views, he is trying to ban me / my views from this forum.

Of course he is not principally an evil person, sure he doesn't hate me as human - that's not the point.
But he hates the fact that I defend my domain every single time when it gets attacked.

In my eyes he is simply a .com domainer who lost his nerves because of .top's presence.
He (and some others) has to learn that individual replys to others, no matter how much, are not called spam - that's it.

I used to own/operate a rather large forum .. so I've already had deep though trying to figure out and understand a fair and moral balance between Jibberrr Jabberrr and censorship. "Freedom of speech" is not as simple as most people think. The vast majority of the time it should be defended and enforced .. but there are certainly instances where it can and should be enforced (removing child porn, not being allowed to yell fire in a crowded theater, spreading race based hate speech, presenting lies as truth in some instances).

@imadoer... since it's a public forum, I would respect everyones' freedom of speech.

That being said .. do NOT be fooled into thinking this is a public forum .. nor that full freedom of speech applies here. This forum is privately owned .. and what is or isn't allowed is 100% at the discretion of the owner(s?). Nobody has any implied rights here whatsoever. Ownership can remove anything they want on a whim for any reason they choose. Which isn't automatically a bad thing .. nor a good thing. Usually the dilemma to remove something is a balance between a few important things .. including membership freedom, truthfulness, politeness, advertising, readability, spam, etc

Ironically at the end of the day it's hard for me to say whether the content of Mr Top's posts are appropriate or not .. because I simply don't read most of them. Not because of the content .. but more because of the way he physically chooses to write his posts with all the faded letters and constantly changing fonts.

Yes .. it does get on my nerves .. yes I think people don't take him seriously because of it .. but as long as what he posts aren't lies or aren't against the rules .. then I'm not against him doing so and I just personally ignore his posts. I was never really angry because I just assumed he was a young teenager and I was a little envious because I really wish I had found the world of domains before I finished high school .. lol. (For his own sake I think he would be better served and taken significantly more seriously if he posted with normal font usage .. but that is his choice).

Technically speaking I do have a problem with his posting of the above at the bottom of all his posts welcoming new members. I do find this deceptive to potential new domainers and think it hurts the overall integrity of NamePros and that of all the members when unrealistic claims like that are tossed around .. particularly to new members. But I've seen worse on TV .. and I do benefit overall from NamePros . .so if management allows it, then I don't really have a choice but to put up or leave NamePros. And since there are no other forum options out there .. I stay here (lol .. I'd probably still stay here either way admittedly)

If somebody is throwing trash in front of my house, and tells me to ignore the trash if I don't like it, I would go ballistic.

This kind of sums up perfectly the balance faced by ownership of forums in general. Again, this is not a public forum .. and actual legal free speech does not exist here in any way. What "garbage" is or isn't allowed .. and where .. is entirely at the discretion of forum ownership.

Respect and courtesy go both ways
Personally I would be in favor of slightly stronger moderation: pushing nonsense threads, and also racist opinions, discourteous and offensive messages etc where they belong.
Perhaps in a subforum that does not show up in new posts.
Forums die when they are overwhelmed by spam or nonsense: people just stop reading and don't contribute anymore.

I could go on quite a bit .. but the rest of @Kate's post sums up most of what I would have said well enough! lol

I'll wade in with my opinion, for what its worth. @imadoer On one hand I think everyone should be able to post, within reason, what they want - as long as its relevant to the thread, and not offensive, on the other hand @DOMAIN ILLUMINATI I would suggest that sometimes I personally do get a little tired of seeing that domain on the front page seemingly every day! I also worry that it gives new domainers the wrong impression as to what is a decent domain. You (@DOMAIN ILLUMINATI ) would command more respect if you could show your success' in domaining, ie sales, showing ROI etc (I appreciate you and buyer might not want to post the full name etc) but just show some .top domain sales. Also you state you are the owner of the most expensive domain of all time, that would suggest it has had a buyer (setting the price), if there is never been a buyer then it cant be the most expensive because mine are more expensive, and therefore I claim the title of most expensive domain.....pick any of my domains I will charge you $1 more than what you want for your domain...(I must admit, I don't get the 63 top thing, waste of renewal fees...heres a challenge...prove us wrong! @DOMAIN ILLUMINATI good luck with it)

Anyway, long short everyone chill, use the dislike/like/thank buttons, follow and unfollow, buy and sell, and enjoy life....
