Come guys its time we take a poll on this 63 .top nonsense
This is a place of business? I came for a grilled cheese.
No man, you are not getting the point. No man your not getting my point your taking things too far theres a limit how far people should push things im not coming at you with hate. I'm just sick of seeing this over and over and over again its never ending you don't stop. You own a 63 character .Top domain. The would world kmows you own Congrats good for you. Theres no need to make 6000 posts about it. Why not focus your energy on trying to sell it rather then going on and on about it. It's like spam you just keep posting and positing about the same domain name
Well, you are not the onlyyy one who is expressing his views. No one is acting like admin im expressing my views. You don't like them you can put me on your ignore list
It's indeed a great invention.I just tried the ignore feature. It's like getting a new pair of eyeglasses
The point is that he doesn't knowww that he is / was leaded by hate when creating this thread. We should do things in moderation. Exactly what @imadoer is preaching. He doesn't hate
@imadoer... since it's a public forum, I would respect everyones' freedom of speech.
DOMAIN
ILLUMINATI
Owner of the most expensive domain of all time.
If somebody is throwing trash in front of my house, and tells me to ignore the trash if I don't like it, I would go ballistic.
Respect and courtesy go both ways
Personally I would be in favor of slightly stronger moderation: pushing nonsense threads, and also racist opinions, discourteous and offensive messages etc where they belong.
Perhaps in a subforum that does not show up in new posts.
Forums die when they are overwhelmed by spam or nonsense: people just stop reading and don't contribute anymore.
Controll yourself.Thanks @Haykay2005
All im saying is the guy has 6000 posts all about the same domain name and i feel like it needs to be controlled I am not a mod or am I trying to be. I am looking at his posts like they are spam and I think enough is enough I am trying to look out for namepros members by starting this thread. Hence the reason i started the poll! Hey if you guys want to see 6000 more posts about the same 63 character domain then fine. I won't speak up
Why do so many people not know this? That being said .. do NOT be fooled into thinking this is a public forum .. nor that full freedom of speech applies here. This forum is privately owned .. and what is or isn't allowed is 100% at the discretion of the owner(s?). Nobody has any implied rights here whatsoever. Ownership can remove anything they want on a whim for any reason they choose. Which isn't automatically a bad thing .. nor a good thing. Usually the dilemma to remove something is a balance between a few important things .. including membership freedom, truthfulness, politeness, advertising, readability, spam, etc
Yeah, this shouldn't be allowed at all.Technically speaking I do have a problem with his posting of the above at the bottom of all his posts welcoming new members. I do find this deceptive to potential new domainers and think it hurts the overall integrity of NamePros and that of all the members when unrealistic claims like that are tossed around .. particularly to new members.
You are still talking (writing) irrelevant stuff. You are the only person on namepros who has 6000 posts about one domain name. I do consider this nonsense and spam. No one has ever posted about one domain as much as you and I as other members think your going overboard. I do not feel like seeing another 6000 posts about the same 63 character domain
You are currentlyyy experiencing the disadvantage of the "ignore" button - threads seem chaotic. What are we talking about ? It's almost as if some posts were invisible to me
It's primarilyyy a place of views (regarding domain(er)s).This is a place of business? I came for a grilled cheese.
There is nothing between you & me, what I said is the fact. You where engaged in hated argument with someone here. That's is. I am done with this.Your opinion is biased lets air it out, shall we Your mad about something i said in the chat you don't like. You been looking for opportunities to take shots at me. Thumbs up.
Apart the fact that I am serious with my posts, you(r post) is one of the best here.ive seen these posts before. personally I treat those posts like pure humor. the thought never even crossed my mind that the person who posts them can be serious about it. can there be too much humor yes for sure.. I try to have a lot of humor. but everyone has different sense of humor. so we must try respect everyone's sense of humor and patience etc.
An easy solution might be using forum "ignore" feature...
