I came across this domain news article today:

As per that article, from March 1, 2016 onward, Chinese users would have to verify their real names and may have to provide supporting documents. Existing domains would be affected only when they renew.
What are your views on this?
I believe real name verification would reduce CHIP speculation drastically. Regs closer to March 1 would be more in demand as they have longer time to get renewed.
Is it time to move on to lesser regulated extensions such as .xyz?
