Convey dot it - possible legal threats without merit?

Anyone else had a run in with convey.it? We've heard of two cases this month, one for a domain name, another against a facebook account that was selling a genuine product on the facebook for sale service (the product was genuine, not fake). It makes me wonder if they really represent clients? Or if they just chance their luck
