I am not too wild about mag= magazine. There a couple of natural endusers to approach but I feel they would be luke warm to the idea. This dropped at least once. Would be nice to know who has the org and info on privacy. Net reg. $xx Goodluck

There are different opinions about comps, some people says are a guide and other people think don't guide

Personally I think the comps say something although of course it doesn't mean a determination, it's all about each case in a determined time that coud be near to a similar sell or not

I still think the same, the day this domain sells I'll reconsider, after all note that is my opinion, all people from time to time can make a wrong appraisal if this is the case time will say
