Once again I state that only certain people should be able to create new posts in “domain industry news”....other posts can go into a vote between the “industry”

I will create a new thread "Rebrands and Acquisitions" in General Domain Discussion and post findings there. I made a big mess in Domain Industry news section.

We currently restrict New Members from creating threads there, but that hasn't completely solved the problem.
