Agree with what you said, i would rather own Casino dot com than 10,000 poor to average domain names.

But Rick himself owns some rubbish names that will never sell, even some of his premium single words are outdated that i think will struggle to sell for what he wants.

Looking at his list there's only 2 that i think are truely tier1 domain names and thats Property/Queen, but even if he never sells a domain again, investing in domains as made him a wealthy guy so fair play to him.

You seem to have some problem with Schwartz since your posts often refer to him negatively.

Eight million dollars? Yes. Eight million domains? An enormous liability at what 80 million in renewals Just to break even? You Sir need to get real.
