traffic domain with traffic, odd situation

hello,

a while back, i put up the site http://leaseconn.com

it is about a company called leasecomm.com

(we know each other well)

well, surprisingly enough, the site gets about 125-150 uniques a day!

well, the site has done its duty and im looking to sell.

i know ppl are looking for traffic domain, but im NOT sure if this is really a traffic domain.

the site is well known and has been written of in various trade pubs and newspapers!

how much should something like this be worth?

btw, a lot of ppl seem to have that name on the brain cuz i get LOTS of emails (mistyped) for that company!
