i have a couple of domains with them, anyway to optimize it put it in search engines etc.??

if they were expired domains then probably it was already indexed... you can check http://www.marketleap.com/siteindex/default.htm and from there... you may be able to decide...., if results is/are *0* (zero) then you should submit....
