Hello
my situation is very simple, i will do it in points
- I won an auction for $5,550
- seller changed his mind, he doesn't want to do the sale after realizing he has to pay $666 in success fee and stopped replying
- i disputed and waited the 72 hours (3 days) condition
- 72 hours (3 days) passed and no reply
- they told me 24-48 hours to make a decision through marketplace integrity
- after 2 days (now 5 days total) he didn't reply still
- flippa marketplace integrity leave a message on the sales completion area that the dispute is canceled as both parties are wiling to continue.
- auction was won 12 days ago
WHERE DOES IT SAY HE WANTS TO CONTINUE?? and why would i want to continue with someone like that??? will they ever refund me my money?? I have disputed again and now we are waiting through the very slow and torture 3 days!!
