You can transfer them out after 60 days. Did it several times (transfers out).
Pay with PayPal and disable the auto-renew. They are legit registrar in Europe, just the prices are high.

If I'm not mistaken, as a first time customer and 0 cost, you can't pay with paypal, they need to charge you 0,2 cents to make sure that you have a valid card, you can pay with paypal afterwards.
