CPC in itself doesn't matter if the domain doesn't receive traffic. If CPC is $1 billion but zero clicks, it will still earn $0.

And yes, driving traffic to high cpc domains is the fastest way to get you banned there.

You mean traffic?

No, there isn't a single reliable source of traffic reports. If there was, we'd all be rich. There are traffic estimate tools but all of them are wild guesses at best.
Plus, in the majority of cases, when there is traffic to a website (such as when you see an alexa rank), it is just botted traffic in most cases.

Finding such names is not easy. You would probably need to spend a considerable amount of money before you figure out how to find good domains.
