Hello,
Not sure if anyone notices but if you have your info in your Godaddy account and it needs to be accurate which is what they warn us all the time as per ICANN.

So say you provide your name, address the works but then you add your company name? innocent enough right? But if you really need the privacy and Godaddy says you have it for your domain with them?

Guess what? They keep everything private? except for...............................?

Your company name? lol what is this crap? any way to fix this? besides having to leave company info blank?

Afaik, the change was inspired by GDPR (EU). As a matter of fact, GDPR does not apply to companies. It protects natural persons only. GD still wants to sell their "domains by proxy", so they saw no need to hide company names...
