Hey,

Good choice of template design and It's always nice to visit a site with a favicon :P, but you could improve it by having your own identity/logo.

The welcome message "Hello World! Welcome to the Free Blog Directory" is okay but I think you should replace it with a better one -- a Facebook Widget. It'd look good plus help the site.

Under the main tab where Business, Entertainment, Gaming, etc. goes..
You could put icons before the categories ( Wordpress, Blogspot, Tumblr, etc ) to attract the visitor's attention.

Overall, your site is clean and professional.

Welcome massage - maybe need to change this part to get more impact.
