Try approaching them with mid xxx offer.
The name is opposite combination. So, probably if they don't buy it, it might be difficult to sell.
You may have to look for companies in this sector and approach them to see if you may crack a deal.

Agree with Arpit131. This name would be better if it was Insurance + geo city name or Insurance + two or three letters of a city, eg: InsuranceNYC, InsuranceCA, InsuranceFL. Try selling it in an auction, if no luck, concentrate on other names that can make you sales.
