advice Is it worth renewing .Tech domain?

Has there been any sigficant sales or development of .tech domains?

I was just surprised to see the high renewal cost of .tech and .store

Jeez I didn't realize it was nearly $50 to renew a .tech. I guess it really all depends on the domain itself. Like if you had computers.tech, thats a no brainer. I haven't run across any "premium" .tech on the auction as of yet personally but im sure there has to be a market somewhere for them.

Unless it's a brand play and you have a good domain like reallygood.tech - I dont really see the appeal all that much. That's pretty much the same thing for MOST of those suffixes.
