Personally id say nothing for fairbanksplumber unless you find the perfect end user, and even then a plumber usually has a company name, which would be his website name. dorton arena is an old underused stadium with a 7000 capacity. Its been there since the 50s i doubt they will be interested in the domain or they would have it already. my 2 cents
