Listing strategies for domain portfolios

I am new to domaining and I have a question regarding the best strategy to advertise my portfolio of domain names:

If I have two or more domains with a similar name, such as XYZ.com and XYZs.com (i.e. its plural form), should I list both/all of them at once on a classified listing website / my website? It occurred to me that perhaps in the eyes of a potential buyer the perceived value of a domain may decrease if there he also sees a similar domain available. Do you recommend to list all the similarly named domains at once, or one by one (i.e. advertising one only after the previous one has been sold).

Any other advice would be welcome.
