Looking for a VPS Host

I'm exploring my options on purchasing a vps host for a full year. I have already found a host I think I would like to go with but I thought I just see what I could find on here. I would rather spend my money with some one that could really use it.

Price: $200-$400 for a full year.
Can also trade some web design work if some one is interested.

What I need is Cpanel/WHM and 2 ip addresses
